Turnaround time is 1-5 business days for small parcels. Large parcels (e.g. HHKB Sets) turnaround time up to 4 weeks. Any pre-order lead time is up to 4 weeks. All pre-orders subject to non-refundable deposit for cancellations after casting has started for your order. Processing fees are non-refundable. Shipping days are usually Mondays and Fridays.
